Senior Data Analyst (Hybrid - Reading area)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join a growing organisation placing data at the heart of its decision-making.
You’ll be joining at a pivotal stage of growth, with the opportunity to influence how data is used across the business. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you’ll play a key role in shaping insight, improving performance, and embedding a more data-driven culture.

About You
You’re someone who enjoys solving complex problems and making data meaningful.
You’ll bring experience in:
- Advanced SQL and data analysis
- Creating impactful dashboards and visualisations
- Developing data models and reporting structures
- Working with large datasets in a scalable way
- Communicating insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Leading or contributing to high-impact data projects
You may also have exposure to:
- Python or R
- Cloud-based or modern data platforms
- Predictive analytics or machine learning
- Fast-paced or evolving business environments
Above all, you’re curious, proactive, and motivated by delivering real value through data.
