Our client is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join their dynamic design team on a hybrid basis.

As the new UX Researcher, you will work on a wide variety of interesting and technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including UX and UI Designers, Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders. You will play a vital role in educating colleagues on research practices and methodologies while ensuring users' needs, goals, and behaviours are considered in the design process.

🔍 Responsibilities:

  • Define research objectives and select appropriate methodologies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align research with project plans
  • Recruit participants and create detailed research plans
  • Conduct research using various methods
  • Analyse data to derive meaningful insights
  • Present key findings to provide user perspective understanding

  • A degree in HCI, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or related field
  • 4-10 years of UX research experience on complex projects
