About the Technical Sales Manager Role

As Technical Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Group Commercial Manager and play a key part in shaping the company’s success across the US and wider Americas. This is a hands-on sales leadership role, with a focus on creating new opportunities, supporting existing customers, and representing the business at major industry events such as AEI, NAMA, G2E and GAMOA.

 

You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative US team and global colleagues, ensuring a consultative and customer-first approach at every stage.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow accounts across multiple markets
  • Develop new business opportunities and lead negotiations
  • Provide technical insight and support to customers
  • Build strong long-term relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
