Are you an experienced Technical Sales Manager with a technical edge, ready to drive growth across the Americas in the currency handling equipment industry?
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a leading global manufacturer, with responsibility for developing new business and managing existing accounts in the Gaming, Kiosk, Amusement, and Vending and sectors.
About the Technical Sales Manager Role
As Technical Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Group Commercial Manager and play a key part in shaping the company’s success across the US and wider Americas. This is a hands-on sales leadership role, with a focus on creating new opportunities, supporting existing customers, and representing the business at major industry events such as AEI, NAMA, G2E and GAMOA.
You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative US team and global colleagues, ensuring a consultative and customer-first approach at every stage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow accounts across multiple markets
- Develop new business opportunities and lead negotiations
- Provide technical insight and support to customers
- Build strong long-term relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
- Identify market trends and competitor activity
- Represent the business at key US trade shows and events
Qualifications
- Technical Sales Management experience is essential
- Industry experience in coin or banknote handling equipment is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to balance technical knowledge with commercial acumen
