If this sounds like the place you want to develop your career, then let me tell you more...

About Humand:

Humand Talent Solutions are a new business, started in 2020, who trebled in size in the first year of a global pandemic. During 2021 we went from 3 to 7, and so far, this year, we have gone from 7 to 10 – could you be the 11th member of our team?

We provide innovative and modern Talent Solutions to growing businesses, predominantly within the Tech Start-Up and Scale-Up arena. We are a value driven business who are part of the community that we serve, giving back to charities in the area (you get 4 fully paid charity days per year), as well as hosting free events for the community we serve.

We believe in doing things ethically and without cutting corners and we hire responsible and accountable people to deliver what they need to do, without telling them how to do it necessarily - although we have a team of experienced people who are great at what they do and can support you in any way you need it. Our mission is to make finding Talent a stress-free and enjoyable process for our partners by not just putting "bums on seats” but delivering results and solving their problems. In turn, this allows the businesses we serve to do what they do best - build great technology products.

What we can offer great people, like you:

We are based in our new modern, spacious office in the centre of Eynsham, close to the S1 and S2 bus routes, but with parking surrounding the office too. We have a good work/life balance, with 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, WFH twice a week as standard, early Friday finishes when you've done a week’s work and things like pool tables / Fusball table / PlayStation etc there for people to enjoy. We have a really nice breakout area with sofas and 55" TVs to watch the latest Netflix/Amazon/NowTV etc during your free time. We also have an intercompany Fantasy Premier League and are in the middle of a company pool tournament.

Not only that but we also have a monthly league table – where all the winners get prizes and incentives. Previous quarter incentives winners have had an online PT and Diet planner to help with our physical wellbeing. To encourage high achievement and for those who do particularly well in each quarter - a few of our staff have enjoyed trips away to Hakkasan for them and their friends, a night’s stay, and dinner for their families in the fancy Fish Hotel in the Cotswolds etc. We have monthly social events and last year’s summer party was an 8 hour stay on the rooftop of the Westgate in Oxford, in the luxury booths within Victors. Last year’s Christmas Party was a multi-stop adventure around Jericho, Oxford, after food at Pierre Victoire.

We offer unrivalled training with the world’s leading Recruitment trainer, a back-office team that support you like none other and a client base that others can only wish they worked with. We are also a nice bunch of people in my opinion, and all get on really well with one another.

  • OTE - £28,000 - £33000
  • Basic Salary to £23,500
  • Great office environment w/pool tables etc
  • Lots of training with the industries best
  • Unlimited progression
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays
  • 4 additional charity days
  • Early Friday finish (which could result in the equivalent of another 26 days holiday)
  • Great incentives and social opportunities

About the Talent Scout role:

We are recruiting for a Talent Scout to join the business ASAP to help deliver solutions to our expanding client base. The Talent Scout will get to join as employee number 11 and will have an unlimited amount of career progression available with no speed cameras (meaning if you do well, you can move up within the company at the speed you are going, with no external factors). In fact, we expect nearly all employees to have a promotion within the first 12-18 months.

The Talent Scout role is essentially talking to great people about the awesome businesses that we work with and then helping them secure new roles within these teams. It is a great opportunity for someone happy on the phone/video all day, chatting through options with people, delivering pitches from our clients and managing the interview process of our clients. But it also requires someone who can work our rec-tech and marketing-tech well, to set up conversations with people. We also use things like LinkedIn heavily, so being able to chat on there is a great advantage.

In terms of career progression, and we do want everyone to have ambitions of progression, you can move into a Talent Partner role, where the position becomes more involved with the clients themselves. There could also be Sales opportunities down the line, bringing in new business and delivering pitches to clients - but don’t ever be daunted by this. We have everything in place to make this painless.

Next Steps:

So, if you want to work for one of West Oxfordshires fastest growing businesses, work with great people, set yourself up for a brilliant career and enjoy each day in the office - all whilst earning good money, uncapped commission and doing something positive - please apply now. Immediate interviews and start dates available.
